Director International Marketing (m/w/d)

Introduction:

As our Director of Marketing, you will lead the strategy, roadmap and execution to make BABOR as a worldwide known and desired leading premium skincare brand. Potentially develop a diverse organic portfolio of new indie brands
You are responsible for leading and developing a high impact Marketing team trough coaching, mentoring and recruitment
To accelerate our impact in the international market and omni-channel distribution, you drive the awareness, storytelling, and brand perception activities
You will balance the strategic consistency and innovative disruptive impulses with a global, data driven and consumer centric view
Through that, you will develop new concepts, innovation, and New Products for BABOR and new indie brands
Its on you to optimize innovation, develop process and go-to-market strategies
You will develop complete customer journey with online/offline/omnichannel touchpoints
Managing a full spectrum of marketing activities, lead cross media, trade marketing, store design and events rounds of your profile

You have 5+ years of experience in a role of similar scope of leadership and in marketing (sales, digital, innovation management)
In Depth knowledge of global skincare, marketing strategies and retail markets brings you in. At least basic know how of skincare development including ingredients and packaging suppliers
A high consumer orientation and commitment are just natural for you
You demonstrate pro-activity and self-management competence to initiate and manage projects with a focus on driving business
As a leader and energizer, you are focused to empower the team to get the maximum out of themselves
With your strategical mindset and digital affinity, you identify opportunities in the marketplace and drive action to pursue those opportunities
You have excellent English speaking, writing, and presentation skills, as well as the ability to persuade, inspire, and motivate others. German is a plus
